I spent most of my life overseas, but after receiving mandatory education in Japan, I transferred to a boarding school in the UK and went through A-levels. Therefore, as well as tutoring mainly in maths, physics and chemistry, I would also be happy to use my experience to help students transfer to international schools and boarding schools.

I completed my A-levels in Malaysia and was accepted to Imperial College London, but I was awarded a Japanese Government scholarship to study in Japan. I would like to use the seven years of tutoring experience I have accumulated to support students who are aiming to study at difficult overseas universities. The Malaysian education system is somewhat similar to that of the UK, so I would be happy to share information about higher education and scholarships as well as academics.

I hope to use the essay structuring and analytical skills I developed through the IB program to support those currently enrolled in the IB program or those aiming for universities abroad. Additionally, based on the knowledge I gained through my own experience with the returnee student entrance exams in high school and applications to universities in the UK and Australia, I would like to share practical advice and know-how.

I mainly focus on teaching writing structure and language aspects, but having lived in Japan for an extended period, I fully understand the difficulties of English-specific expressions and nuances. Therefore, I aim to provide a learning environment that is enjoyable by incorporating repetitive exercises.
